Reflections
Skills acquired and things I'm proud of:
I really learned a lot about creating a website through this project. Through FreeCodeCamp, looking up information on google, and asking for help from freinds, I've learned how to use HTML and CSS to create a website using different tools and techniques like fonts, box models, images, links, and so much more to create a website that is both visually appealing, functional, and also personal. I'm really proud that I was able to really make a website that I am able to call my own and that I can freely edit and change whenever I want. Previously, I've had to rely on other people to make websites for me, but now I can make my own and I can also maybe help others make their own websites too!
Struggles I've faced and Additional things I'd like to learn/work on in the future:
I struggled a lot with the CSS and honsetly even the HTML part of this project. I didn't really understand the formating aspects and the image aspects until I really re-read the New Media Website Tutorials and re-did the Free CodeCamp exercises. I would love to learn if I could connect my new website to my other premade websites and also learn how to make my website even more entertaining! I would love to see if I could even add playable games and sliders to my website in the future!
